Coaches Connection is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. This policy explains what we collect when you use coachesconnection.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact and application enquiries. When you complete the form on our Contact page we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. Applications for support are submitted through the same form, so anything you tell us about your circumstances reaches us the same way.
• Donations. Donations are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's systems and never touch ours. We receive the donor name, email address, billing address and amount so that we can acknowledge the gift and issue a receipt.
• Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We do not use this to identify individuals.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to assess requests for support.
• To process donations, issue receipts and keep the financial records a nonprofit is required to keep.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles your information

We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf: our email provider, our web host, the form delivery service that routes contact form submissions to our inbox, and Stripe for payments. Each handles the information only to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and donation records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may ask us to delete correspondence sooner.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you receive email from us and would rather not, tell us and we will stop.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page.
