These terms govern your use of coachesconnection.com, operated by Coaches Connection, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may read, share and link to what is published here. Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with its operation, no scraping it for bulk contact details, and nothing unlawful.
Donations are processed by Stripe and are voluntary. Coaches Connection is a 501(c)(3) organization, so donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law; we will issue a receipt to the email address given at the time of the gift. Because donated funds are committed to program support, donations are generally not refundable. If a gift was made in error or the amount is wrong, contact us promptly and we will do our best to put it right. Recurring donations continue until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time by contacting us.
Submitting a request for support does not create any entitlement to it. Support is awarded at the discretion of Coaches Connection and depends on available funds and on the criteria in force at the time. Information you give in an application must be accurate.
The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Coaches Connection or to the people who licensed them to us. Partner and sponsor marks belong to their owners. Please do not reproduce our material for commercial purposes without asking first.
Where we link to another organization we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
The site and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Coaches Connection and its directors, officers, volunteers and agents are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
